One bedroom suite with full bathroom and two bedrooms that share a full bathroom with shower. South-facing, sunny terrace in front of the Estepona bullring designed by Salvador Dalí. The gated and private urbanization has two swimming pools and lawn areas. Just 15 minutes from the beautiful old town of Estepona which preserves the essence of a small Andalusian village mixing bars, shops and typical restaurants with those with an international atmosphere. The apartment has a garage space, although it is located next to a free car park. * The pools are open all year round except in case of technical failure, storms and severe drought.

Estepona is a town located in the west of the Costa del Sol, in the south of Spain, at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja mountain range. Estepona is known for its beautiful beaches and small coves that stretch along 20 km of coastline. At the western end of the Paseo Maritimo is the charming port of Estepona, situated just a short walk from the town. You will be refunded 100 % of the amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days prior to check-in.
You will be refunded 50 % of the amount paid (excluding service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days prior to check-in.

How do I know if the accommodation is available?

Do I have to pay the full amount in advance?

The reservation deposit is 25% of the total amount. You will receive a reminder about 15 days before arrival requesting the rest of the payment.
