About the neighbourhood

The town of Estepona is situated in the west of the Costa del Sol, southern Spain, at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja mountain range. Estepona is known for its beautiful beaches and small coves that stretch along 20 km of coastline. At the western end of the Paseo Maritimo is the charming port of Estepona, which is just a short walk from the town. Estepona is dotted with excellent restaurants and lively bars to enjoy. In history and culture, the town remains intact and the warm and friendly people preserve tradition with pride. Estepona's narrow cobbled streets and quaint little shops add to the charm of this charming town.

    We had a wonderful holiday with our family. The apartment is nice, new and clean. And also important for us, the beds sleep very well. You can walk into Estepona within a few minutes, where there are wonderful restaurants. There is plenty to do in the area and for next year we already have a booking in this apartment. We have already been able to stay in many holiday homes, but it feels really good here.

    Fantastisch verblijf gehad in een zeer luxe en ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen op een mooi complex waar ook overal aan is gedacht. De bedden waren uitstekend, heerlijk geslapen op zeer goede matrassen. Mooie grote terassen waar je heerlijk kunt vertoeven. Top locatie, dicht bij het centrum en strand maar toch rustig gelegen. Estepona heeft ons hart verovert. We komen hier zeker terug.

    Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung. Die Betten waren ausgezeichnet und wir haben immer gut geschlafen. Wir waren anfangs November bis Mitte Februar dort. Wir konnten leider die schönen Terrassen nicht oft nützen, da in dieser Zeit keine Sonne hin kommt. Im Sommer ist das dann allerdings sicher wieder ein grosser Vorteil.
    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Rosa ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht auch gut deutsch.
    Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. 2x pro Woche wurden die Treppen und Gänge gereinigt. Auch die Garage wurde einmal während unserer Anwesenheit komplett gereinigt. Um an den Hafen zu gelangen, dauert es zu Fuss ca. 15 Min. in die Altstadt dann schon ca. 25 Min.
