Estepona is a town located in the west of the Costa del Sol, in the south of Spain, at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja mountain range. You will be refunded 100 % of the amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days prior to check-in.
You will be refunded 50 % of the amount paid (excluding service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days prior to check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before arrival.

How do I know if the accommodation is available?

First, check the dates on the calendar on this page to see if they are available. Choose the date of check in, then you can see the bookable days to be able to choose the date of the last day of stay. You can contact us to confirm availability or book directly by clicking on the "Book now" button and follow the payment instructions. The calendar is set for minimum of 6 days bookings. During the process you can create your account to access your bookings.

Do I have to pay the full amount in advance?

The reservation deposit is 25% of the total amount. You will receive a reminder about 15 days before arrival requesting the rest of the payment.

What do I do if I have to modify or cancel my booking?

Once I have made a reservation, how do I access the flat?

You will be met by one of our agents; once you have made your booking we will send you confirmation and a welcome message with arrival instructions.

Are there any discounts for stays longer than 4 weeks?

This depends on each owner, but usually yes, discounts are offered only in low and mid season. Please contact us for an offer.
