Smart TV, WIFI included in the price. Gated community with two swimming pools, gardens. Access for the disabled. The pools have lifeguards during the summer season. Free parking just outside the apartment on the street.
Supermarket, pharmacy and gym nearby. Located 600 meters from the marina of Estepona, a lively port with all kinds of bars and restaurants. On both sides the blue flag beaches La Rada and Del Cristo.
There are numerous golf courses within easy driving distance. After lovely 20-minutes’ walk to Estepona town center, you will find all kind of services, shops, and restaurants. The distance to Malaga airport is 80 km. Airport transfer on request, ask for rate. To your comfort, it is recommended to book the apartment one more night for early arrivals or late departures. *Pool open all year round except in the case of technical failure, storms or severe drought.

Estepona is a town located in the west of the Costa del Sol, in the south of Spain, at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja mountain range. You will be refunded 100 % of the amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days prior to check-in.
You will be refunded 50 % of the amount paid (excluding service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days prior to check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before arrival.

How do I know if the accommodation is available?

The reservation deposit is 25% of the total amount. You will receive a reminder about 15 days before arrival requesting the rest of the payment.
