Seasonal rental apartment, available for stays of three to eleven months up to two years, with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite). Large terrace with a dining area for four people overlooking the garden, pool, and sea, a living area with TV, and a kitchen. Gated community with two swimming pools and gardens. Lifeguards are on duty at the pools during the summer. Free parking directly in front of the apartment.
Supermarket, pharmacy, and gym nearby. Just 300 meters from Estepona Marina, a lively port with all kinds of bars and restaurants. La Rada and Del Cristo beaches are located on either side.
A 20-minute walk from the center of Estepona, with all kinds of services, shops, and restaurants nearby. The price does not include electricity, water, or internet.
*Pool open all year round except in the case of technical failure, storms or severe drought.

About the neighbourhood

The town of Estepona is situated in the west of the Costa del Sol, southern Spain, at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja mountain range. Estepona is known for its beautiful beaches and small coves that stretch along 20 km of coastline. At the western end of the Paseo Maritimo is the charming port of Estepona, which is just a short walk from the town. Estepona is dotted with excellent restaurants and lively bars to enjoy. In history and culture, the town remains intact and the warm and friendly people preserve tradition with pride. Estepona's narrow cobbled streets and quaint little shops add to the charm of this charming town.

You will be refunded 100 % of the amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days prior to check-in.
You will be refunded 50 % of the amount paid (excluding service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days prior to check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before arrival.

How do I know if the accommodation is available?

You can contact us to confirm availability or book directly by clicking on the "Book now" button and follow the payment instructions. The calendar is set for minimum of 6 days bookings. Do I have to pay the full amount in advance?

The reservation deposit is 25% of the total amount. You will receive a reminder about 15 days before arrival requesting the rest of the payment.

What do I do if I have to modify or cancel my booking?

Once I have made a reservation, how do I access the flat?

You will be met by one of our agents; once you have made your booking we will send you confirmation and a welcome message with arrival instructions.
